Do I need a license to buy a firearm in Massachusetts?

Yes. You must have a valid Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) to purchase handguns and a Firearms Identification (FID) card to purchase rifles, shotguns, or non-large capacity firearms. All sales are subject to background checks through the Massachusetts Instant Record Check System (MIRCS).

Can I buy a gun online and have it shipped to me?

No. Federal law prohibits shipping firearms directly to individuals. If you purchase a firearm online, it must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer, where you will complete the background check and transfer paperwork before taking possession.

Do you offer firearm transfers from other dealers?

Yes. We accept transfers from other FFL dealers. Please have the sending dealer contact us at anthonyssafetyinfo@gmail.com to exchange FFL information before shipping. A transfer fee may apply.

What do I need to bring to pick up a firearm?

You must bring:
A valid LTC or FID card (whichever is applicable)
A government-issued photo ID
Any paperwork related to the transfer (if applicable)

Do you sell ammunition?

Yes, we carry a selection of ammunition. You must be 18+ with an FID card for rifle/shotgun ammo, or 21+ with an LTC for handgun ammo. All ammunition sales are in compliance with Massachusetts law.

Can I return or exchange a firearm?

No. All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm is transferred to you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect your purchase carefully before accepting the transfer.

What else do you sell besides firearms?

We offer accessories, parts, cleaning kits, safes, tactical gear, and firearm-related merchandise. Our inventory changes regularly, so stop by or give us a call to check availability.

Do you offer training or safety courses?

We do not currently offer training courses in-house, but we are happy to refer you to trusted local instructors for LTC certification and firearm safety training.

We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and select mobile payment options. Please note that some purchases may require ID verification before processing.
