1. Firearms – All Sales Final
Due to federal and state regulations, all firearm sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on firearms once a transfer has been completed.

Please inspect your firearm at the time of pickup at the FFL. If you notice a defect, do not accept the transfer. Contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue with the manufacturer.

Any warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

2. Ammunition – Final Sale
Ammunition sales are non-refundable and non-returnable due to safety concerns and regulations.

3. Accessories, Parts, and Non-Firearm Products
You may return eligible non-firearm items (such as accessories, parts, apparel, etc.) within 14 days of purchase if the item is:

Unused and in its original, unopened packaging

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items.

Exclusions: Used items, clearance items, and any product altered after purchase are not eligible for return.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or help initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer, if applicable.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Do not ship any items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
