1. General Shipping Information
Anthony’s Safety currently ships select non-firearm products (such as parts, accessories, and merchandise) to addresses within the United States. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to customers—they must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in accordance with federal law.

2. Firearm Shipments (FFL Required)
We do not ship firearms directly to individuals. All firearm purchases must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer:

After your firearm purchase, we will contact you to coordinate the FFL transfer.

It is your responsibility to ensure the receiving FFL provides us with a valid copy of their license.

A background check and all applicable state and federal requirements must be completed at the FFL dealer before the firearm is released to you.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We offer:

Standard Ground Shipping (3–7 business days)

Expedited Shipping options for eligible products

Free in-store pickup available at our Framingham location

4. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping time begins once your order is processed and shipped.

Delays may occur during high-volume periods, or due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions.

5. In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup for eligible items. You will be notified via email when your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when picking up.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited from shipping to specific states or municipalities due to local laws (e.g., high-capacity magazines, ammunition, etc.).

We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these restrictions.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at anthonyssafetyinfo@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
