2. Firearms Sales & Transfers
Anthony’s Safety is a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) operating in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws. All firearm transactions, including transfers, require a valid background check and compliance with Massachusetts firearms laws.

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun, and at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun.

A valid Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) or Firearms Identification (FID) card is required.

All firearm transfers are subject to a background check through the Massachusetts Instant Record Check System (MIRCS).

3. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
